Key Responsibilities

- Engage customers on the sales floor, understand their needs, and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Deliver detailed product information and demonstrations, highlighting key benefits and features.
- Achieve individual sales targets through effective consultation and relationship building.
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of all products, including new arrivals and promotions.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Assist with visual merchandising to ensure products are displayed attractively and informatively.




- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
- Contribute to inventory management tasks as needed, such as restocking and stock checks.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product and sales skills.

Requirements

- Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Spanish.
- Strong product knowledge and a passion for learning about new items.
- Ability to explain complex product features in an understandable way.
- Proven ability to meet sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and some holidays.
- Must be located in or able to commute to Morelia, Michoacán, MX for on-site duties.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications are a plus.
