From attracting and developing talent to shaping culture, enhancing the employee experience, and supporting sustainability initiatives, you'll play an important role in building the future of our organization.Whether you're partnering with leaders, improving HR processes, driving people programs, or enabling employees through technology and innovation, you'll collaborate across the business to create meaningful experiences that support our people and our purpose.We are looking for our next Talent Sourcer to join the Americas Talent Acquisition team.What You'll Be Doing:Researching and sourcing resumes from varied sources to create talent pipelinesEstablish and fine tune the sourcing strategy while consistently delivering results through identification of top talentCapture and analyze the results of sourcing strategy and implement improvementsFormalize pipeline strategies and assist in training and onboarding team members to your methodologiesWork closely with the recruiting team to understand the requirements for the roles and build candidate prospect listsStrategize different ways of reaching out to external talent, always providing an engaging and exciting first-touch experience for candidatesMaintain meticulous records of candidate outreach and track various sourcing metricsOther duties as assignedWhat We Are Looking For:Typically requires a 2-year degree and 1-2 years of experience; or high school graduatewith equivalent work-related experienceExcellent verbal and written communication; must be fluent in English,
