MuchoRed is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support U.S. HR operations from our office in Mexico. With 3–5 years in human resources, you will handle benefits, payroll coordination, compliance, and employee relations to help our teammates thrive.
The idóneo candidate is fluent in English, highly organized, proactive, and familiar with U.S. employment practices and multi-state payroll. You will partner with HRIS and payroll teams to ensure accurate records and timely processes.
