- When the FSE manager assigns and prebooks the FSE on FSM, send the assignment when requested by manager.
- Update the name of the FSE on the excel file.
- If external FSE, follow up on logistics with the company.
- If internal FSE, book logistics.
- Assign the activity on FSM.
Follow up with the owner of the intervention for the activity to be on hardbook and release it.
- Manage extension and update activities of FSM according to manager approval.
