About the Role
We are looking for a forward-thinking Full-Stack Software Developer to join our remote team. Beyond traditional web development, the idóneo candidate has hands-on experience integrating Artificial Intelligence models into commercial applications. You will be responsible for building internal tools, automating complex workflows, and integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) to give our US-based clients a massive competitive edge in their daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable front-end and back-end web applications.
• Integrate modern AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini) into existing software to automate tasks, build intelligent agents, or create AI-driven internal workflows.
• Collaborate directly with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into functional, AI-powered tech solutions.
• Implement data structures and pipelines (like basic RAG
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation) that allow companies to interact with their own internal data using natural language.
• Maintain databases, troubleshoot bugs, and write clean, maintainable code following industry best practices. Required Skills & Experience
• 3-5 years of proven experience in Full-Stack web development (React, Node.js, Express, and/or Python/Django/FastAPI).
• Proven, practical experience building applications that interact with LLM APIs (prompt engineering, function calling, API wrappers).
• Experience working with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational (MongoDB) databases.




• Familiarity with AI development frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Vector Databases (Pinecone) is a massive plus.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2/C1) with the ability to explain complex technical and AI concepts clearly to non-technical business owners.
• Self-starter mindset with strong time-management skills for a fully remote environment.
