We are a growing solar drafting and design firm supporting residential and commercial solar installers nationwide. Our clients rely on us for highly accurate plan sets, fast turnaround times, and extremely low revision rates. We have built our business primarily through referrals and long term partnerships and are now expanding our outbound sales efforts to support continued growth.
The Role:
This is a sales focused role centered on outbound prospecting. You will actively reach out to solar installers and contractors through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, etc. to introduce our services and generate new business. This position requires confidence with proactive outreach, leading sales conversations, and setting closers up for success without relying on inbound leads.
Your primary responsibility is to identify qualified leads and book meetings with said leads for our CEO to close the deal. You will work closely with leadership to refine outreach strategies and improve the overall sales process.
Responsibilities:
- Research and engage prospective solar installers and contractors
- Book and lead introductory and discovery calls with owners and decision makers
- Create and manage an active pipeline
- Keep CRM records current and provide regular updates to leadership
- Collaborate with leadership to sharpen outreach strategies and improve the sales process
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or outbound prospecting through outbound channels
- Demonstrated comfort with cold calling and proactive outbound outreach
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-through skills
- Ability to work independently and stay organized in a fully remote environment
- Experience in the solar, construction, engineering, or related technical services industry
