As part of our entrepreneurial and hands-on FIN team, you will work closely with internal Digital Grid and Grid Technology stakeholders.

How You’ll Make An Impact

- Actively create and implement a commercial offer strategy in collaboration with the technical offer manager.
- Support and verify offer calculations and other relevant offer documents.
- Evaluate contract risk assessments provided by Grid Technology sales for the execution unit.
- Lead contract negotiations for direct business of Digital Grid.
- Jointly define the business model and pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with various internal functions, including Legal, Tax, and Insurance.

What You Bring

- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in International Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Over 8 years of experience, including at least 2 years in a commercial sales role with strong knowledge of contract management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP is essential.
- A self-driven attitude complemented by strong interpersonal skills, including communication and teamwork.
- Excellent English language skills; proficiency in German is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as required.
