As a Tier 1 supplier and aftermarket supplier, we are recognised for providing innovative solutions that contribute to the safety and performance of vehicles worldwide.
We are now looking for a Customer Project Manager to join our team in San Luis Potosi and provide great support to our customer.
The role
As Customer Project Manager, your will be responsible for leading Customers Projects. You will be the guarantor of the development and performance of projects activities.
In this position, your key responsibilities will be to:
- Lead customer projects from RFQ phase to SOP + 6 months
- Plan and coordinate the execution of customer projects deliverables according to customer expectations, internal methodologies and international industry standards (such as IATF) from contract award to serial life
- Act as the main interface with the customer teams during project development and relay the customer voice within the Flexitech organization.
- Ensure the project performance in terms of Quality, Cost, Timelines
- Establish customer inputs to APQP processes
You will also look after the establishment and deployment of consistent Project Management Best Practices.
Travel
You must be able to travel regularly outside the country on a regular basis
About you To be successful in this role, we need you to have
- 3 to 5 years of experience managing several customer projects simultaneously
- Experience using project portfolio management tools (Gant charts, Smartsheet, Risk matrix…)
- Essential: Language proficiency: English (C1/C2 level)
- Desirable: Experience working with Ford system / Ford bot
