Summary The Engineering Manager will be responsible for leading the operation and maintenance of the hotel's facilities, ensuring the optimal performance of all equipment and infrastructure throughout the property. This role will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs, as well as the effective management of the department’s human and material resources, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, operational efficiency, and an exceptional experience for both guests and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance within the luxury hospitality industry.
- Experience leading preventive and corrective maintenance operations.
- Strong knowledge of electromechanical systems, HVAC systems, swimming pools, water treatment, and hotel infrastructure.
- Experience managing contractors, budgets, inventories, and energy-saving initiatives.
- Strong leadership, communication, customer service, and teamwork skills.
- Analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
