A Day in the Life

You lead the transformation of physical distribution performance and operational reliability across our LATAM network, reporting directly to the Regional Operations Director. As our regional network expands within L'Oréal's global Industry 4.0 footprint of 158 Fulfillment Centers, you connect shop-floor realities with high-level strategy.

- Drive the 3-to-5-year Operational Excellence roadmap, deploying the global Excellence in Operations System (EOS) across all regional distribution sites.
- Steer the 3-year regional master plan, establishing standardised processes, lean practices, and continuous capability development across fulfillment teams.
- Conduct comprehensive operational loss audits to uncover bottlenecks, initiating targeted optimisation projects that protect the regional Fulfillment P&L.;
- Lead the regional continuous improvement community, championing benchmark practices and cross-functional alignment between site managers, Country Operations Directors, and Global Headquarters in France.
- Coach and develop regional fulfillment leads, building collaborative team dynamics and cross-functional agility across our 7 Operations métiers.

We Are Looking For You Bring a Disciplined Mindset For Continuous Improvement And a Drive To Build Scalable Operational Standards Across Complex Regional Networks. You Bring

- Continuous Improvement: Proven ability to leverage data, operational KPIs, and lean methodologies to eliminate operational losses and elevate site performance.
- Process Mastery: Deep practical knowledge of distribution centre environments, shop-floor workflows, and operational governance.
- Project Planning Management: Track record orchestrating multi-year master plans,



resource allocation, and large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong capability to build trust, align diverse leadership teams across LATAM and Integral HQ, and drive consensus.
- Adapted Communication: Professional working proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to articulate technical insights and strategic updates across all organisational levels.
