? Role Overview

Position: Information Security Engineer II / Senior Cyber GRC & AI SME (2 Openings)

Location: 100% Remote (Must reside in Mexico)

Contract Type: Freelance / Independent Contractor

Compensation: Paid in USD ?

Availability: Immediate start required

Language Requirements: Fluent English & Spanish (Bilingual Required)

? Core Responsibilities & Focus

Control Automation Analysis: Review, analyze, and prioritize the automation roadmap for an inventory of ~110 RCSA (Risk and Control Self-Assessment) controls.

End-to-End Execution: Work independently across the entire lifecycle—from GRC control analysis to designing and deploying automated solutions.

AI & Agentic Operations: Leverage Agentic AI, Copilot, Devin,



and custom AI agents to transform manual risk & control processes into automated, scalable workflows.

? Required Qualifications

Deep expertise in Cyber GRC, RCSA, Risk & Controls, and Access/Process Governance.

Hands-on experience developing/implementing AI Agents, Agentic AI architectures, Copilot, or Devin.

Proven track record of automating GRC controls and workflows in enterprise or financial environments.

Ability to operate autonomously with strong problem-solving and technical execution skills.
