Job Overview We are seeking experienced U.
S. Tax Preparation Professionals based in Mexico to support U.
S. individual income tax preparation and provide exceptional customer service. The adecuado candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on experience preparing U.
S. individual income tax returns (Form 1040), strong knowledge of U.
S. individual taxation, conversational English skills, and experience interacting with customers. EA/CPA certification is NOT required.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and assist customers with U.
S. individual income tax returns (Form 1040).
• Answer customer questions regarding U.
S. individual tax preparation.
• Provide professional customer support through video, phone, and chat.
• Research and resolve complex tax-related questions.
• Assist customers with tax preparation software and basic technical issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.




• Deliver timely, accurate, and high-quality customer service. Required Qualifications
• Professional experience preparing U.
S. individual tax returns (Form 1040).
• Strong working knowledge of U.
S. individual income taxation.
• Conversational English proficiency (assessed through a live call).
• Previous customer-facing experience.
• Comfortable working with tax preparation software and multiple computer applications. Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience working with U.
S. CPA firms or U.
S. tax preparation service providers.
• Experience with Lacerte, ProSeries, Drake, or UltraTax.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting U.
S. customers remotely.
