As China's leading engine and commercial vehicle manufacturer, Weichai Group is seeking an Overseas Sales Manager based in Mexico to develop the commercial vehicle engine market in Latin America. The role covers regional market and competitor analysis, overseas customer relationship management, and coordination with domestic business teams, with occasional travel within the region.

Responsibilities

1. Collect and analyze overseas regional market and competitor information, and propose product promotion and market-share improvement plans.
2. Maintain relationships with overseas OEMs, distributors and key customers, carry out product promotion and drive orders.
3. Coordinate with domestic business teams to complete export order transmission, competitor analysis, and overseas product development and promotion.
4. Synchronize product flow data, advance service business coordination with key customers and distributors, and strengthen overseas market service assurance.

Skills & Competencies

1.



Familiarity with the technical principles of internal combustion engines or new energy technologies.
2. Systematic understanding of Weichai product structural design and performance parameters, able to accurately analyze product competitiveness.
3. Good communication and collaboration skills.
4. Proficient in MS Office and office software, with basic network application skills.
5. Adaptable to cross-cultural work environments and regional business travel.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Internal Combustion Engine, Mechanical Engineering, Marketing or related majors.
2. Working experience in R&D;, sales or process engineering within the internal combustion engine or mechanical field.
3. Native-level proficiency in Spanish and English, with spoken Mandarin Chinese sufficient for business communication.
4. Management experience not required.
5. Highly aligned with Weichai's corporate culture and values.
