Production

Planner/Scheduler 1 Education

- Industrial Engineer, Degree in Administration.
- English 80% Knowledge:
- MRP, ORACLE
- Cycle Counts.
- Excel.
- SFDC. Main Responsibilities:
- Review, monitoring and fulfillment of production plan generated by the MPS which is released every area on a weekly basis.
- Work in conjunction with the Program Manager the priorities list to be followed in the production area.
- Identify risks that could impact production through the revision of the cost report.




- Implementation and monitoring of the various metrics that involve the Production Control Department (Aging Jobs, Cost Jobs, cycle counts, etc.
- Implement improvements (Kaizen) to allow better execution in their respective activities.
- Responsible for maintaining work orders from opening to closing
- Analyze the results of cycle counts, keep the communication with the MPS of this result, find the root cause of the discrepancies and did not allow adjustments to be generated without having sought the cause that generated the discrepancy.
- Validate consumption in each WO system or Job and review corresponding variations vs the area of finance, for closure system. Skills:
- Analysis & communication skills
