At BOGE Rubber & Plastics México, an automotive company specialising in rubber and plastic components, we are looking for a Quality Engineer for the rubber area.

- To supervise and ensure the quality of rubber production processes.
- To monitor quality indicators, scrap rates and action plans for continuous improvement.
- To lead root cause analyses and corrective actions in the event of quality deviations.
- To ensure the updating and implementation of control plans, visual aids and quality documentation.
- Coordinate activities to resolve and address customer complaints.
- Participate in audits of products, processes and quality systems.
- Manage quality activities for new projects, including capacity studies, MSA and PPAP approval.




- Coordinate the technical quality staff and promote the development of their skills.
- Work across departments with Production, Process Engineering and other support areas.

Required profile:

Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related degree.

3 to 5 years’ experience in quality engineering within the automotive or manufacturing industry.

Knowledge of quality management systems and audits.

Proficiency in AIAG Core Tools: APQP, PPAP, AMEF, MSA and SPC.

Experience in root cause analysis, corrective actions and continuous improvement.

Experience in rubber manufacturing processes would be an advantage.
