Key Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruitment for Mexico and Latin America roles, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, candidate follow-up and onboarding support. Lead local campus recruitment and graduate hiring programs, coordinate university partnerships, career fairs and interviews. Collaborate with local hiring managers and HQ HR to align hiring requirements, refine sourcing strategy and deliver qualified talent efficiently.

Build talent pipelines for sales, presales, technical support and product roles across LATAM. Track recruitment metrics and continuously optimize hiring process and candidate experience.

Requirements

Solid end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in tech, cybersecurity or IT infrastructure industry. Native or fluent Spanish, working English for HQ communication. Hands-on experience sourcing passive talents via LinkedIn and local Mexican job platforms. Familiar with local labor market and hiring norms in Mexico. Proactive, good communication skills and able to work independently.
