We are currently searching for a SAP Security Analyst:

The Challenge (Responsibilities)

- Manage the full lifecycle of SAP users, including creation, modification, locking/unlocking, role assignment, and the preparation of test users for projects.
- Support the creation and maintenance of simple, composite, and derived roles across various systems including BW, ECC, CRM, Portal, PO, HCM, and HANA DB.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve user authorization incidents to ensure seamless business operations.




- Collaborate on internal and external audits by generating reports on risk analysis and Segregation of Duties (SoD).
- Monitor and manage SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) tools to uphold security standards.
- Provide support for SAP Fiori, including the creation of Tiles, roles, and error tracking.
- Manage change requests and system documentation utilizing ChaRM and Solman.

Your Profile (Requirements)

- Proven experience in SAP Security administration, specifically with user and role management across multiple SAP environments.
- Hands-on expertise with SAP GRC, Solman, and ChaRM.
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting authorizations within SAP Fiori.
- Strong background in auditing, risk analysis, and Segregation of Duties (SoD).
- High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.
- Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering."

Desired

- Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.

Languages

- Advanced Oral English: Capable of engaging in fluent conversational English with teams in the US and other international sectors.
- Advanced Spanish.

- This is a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension.
