• Speaking with prospective clients who have expressed interest in our immigration legal services.
• Building trust, identifying client needs, and conducting structured sales consultations.
• Explaining our services, processes, and payment options clearly and confidently.
• Converting qualified leads into paying clients.
• Handling objections effectively and confidently asking for the sale.
• Following up consistently with prospective clients to maximize conversions.
• Managing your sales pipeline and maintaining accurate records in our CRM.
• Meeting and exceeding individual sales targets.
• Working closely with our legal team to ensure clients receive accurate information,



with legal advice and eligibility determinations handled by qualified attorneys. What We're Looking For
• Proven experience in sales, preferably phone sales, consultative sales, or high-ticket closing.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• A natural ability to connect with people and build trust quickly.
• Confidence in handling objections, negotiating, and closing.
• Excellent communication, listening, and persuasion skills.
• A competitive mindset and a genuine desire to earn more based on performance.
• Resilience, discipline, accountability, and a strong work ethic.
• Coachability and a willingness to follow a proven sales process.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Experience in immigration or legal services is an advantage but not essential.
