Provides instruction on proper manufacturing methods including, but not limited to product handling, assembly, machine operations, inspection, statistical process control, and administrative procedures. Instructs employees on specific manufacturing processes within assigned areas including quality and safety processes. Works one-on-one with assigned employees, observing their on-the-job performance and providing constructive feedback as appropriate.
Performs orientations for employees new to the department, explains work rules and general procedures.
