Training Specialist Education: Career in Electronics and Communications Engineering, Career in Administration or equivalent.

Knowledge: Knowledge of manufacturing processes in the electronics industry, Diagnostic, OP. technical management package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Development of courses and exams.

- Coordinate and deliver courses - MDS technician certification and forklift - Development of manuals and update documents - Validation of training by activity (for MDS) - Monthly Progress Report - Participate in continuous improvement meetings - Updating and monitoring formats that apply to training procedure Experience:



Development of logistics training and induction, experience in electronic assembly industry, accelerated learning techniques, process the administration, personnel management and evaluation mechanisms.

Skills / Competencies: Convincing Ability, Able to solve problems, contact with all levels, availability, capacity to perform Problem Analysis, Teamwork and Leadership have, follow up training activities - Responsibilities / Activities: Ordered, flexible, Disciplined, Focused compliance objectives, work under pressure, ability to negotiate, people management and easy with words.
