At BOGE Rubber & Plastics Mexico, we are looking for a Programme Manager to lead the development and implementation of automotive programmes, from the quotation stage through to launch and series production, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and meeting quality, cost and time objectives.

Key responsibilities

Lead new product launch projects using the APQP methodology.

Manage programme timelines, budgets, risks and profitability.

Coordinate cross-functional teams from Engineering, Quality, Procurement, Logistics, Production and Finance.

Act as the main point of contact with the client throughout the programme’s development.

Ensure compliance with automotive quality tools and methodologies: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC and the Control Plan.

Manage engineering changes and present executive reports to senior management.





Ensure compliance with specific client requirements and the applicable IATF and VDA guidelines.

Required profile

Industrial, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.

At least 5 years’ experience in programme or project management within the automotive industry.

Advanced English.

Knowledge of the IATF 16949 standard and automotive quality tools.

Experience in project management, scheduling and client relations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with MS Project and ERP systems is desirable.

Knowledge of manufacturing processes, such as plastic injection moulding and assembly, is desirable.
