I'm looking for a very particular kind of person... someone who shudders at a weak handshake, cringes and corrects the typo in paragraph three, and starts daily meetings with facts, grounded feelings, and absolutely no need to prove how impressive they are.

If you're intrigued, you should know that the full job posting is very much human written... something that I have to note because apparently the AI overlords of recruiting posts dislike this greatly... which results in immediate scrutiny for being too human (?!?!) and therefore not appropriately... 'job enough'. I wish I was kidding.

As such, below you will find the more routine aspects of this position, but I would very much love to invite you to view the full listing as a special page on my website, just for you. If you like what you see, then I'd love to have you apply from there... or you can bounce on back here to apply instead. Either way, I read every application.

Primary Position Details

At the beginning of each day, your first question should be, "What outcome are we actually creating today?" There's a profound difference between that and "What are my tasks today?", and if you feel that difference in your bones, we're already excited to meet you.

You just might be our person if you:

- Own the project tracker - there are roughly fifteen active projects, and every one needs a clear status, owner, deadline, and next step. Notion is the command center, and it needs to be accurate every day without anyone chasing you to update it.
- Run the working meetings - capture decisions, distinguish ideas from commitments, prepare recaps, and maintain two separate action lists: yours and hers.
- Manage email and calendar with discernment - her inbox has an established flagging system, and her calendar connects to client bookings through GoHighLevel. You'll learn the existing process, document it properly, and keep things moving, establishing a reliable manual email system before introducing automation.
- Treat client-facing precision as non-negotiable - names, spellings, brand fonts, trademarks, document layouts, copyright notices, and proprietary language matter enormously. When the company changes a name, the old name needs to disappear everywhere, and an almost-correct font is still the wrong font.
- Know your way around GoHighLevel - you'll work with CRM records, contact lists, pipelines, booking flows, funnels, landing pages, and outreach campaigns, while coordinating prospect research and lists through Apollo.io. These systems need to work together, and you'll need to notice when they don't.
- Keep the programs running beautifully - this leader has live group programs, weekly materials, client sessions, assignments, workbooks, and occasional retreats. The experience should feel organized and thoughtful to the people participating, regardless of how many moving pieces are behind the curtain.
- Coordinate the rebrand and the professionals making it happen - new identities, websites, presentations, program materials, designers, developers, trademark counsel,

and other contractors all have responsibilities. You'll know who owes what, when it's due, and whether it arrived, because polite follow-up is an art and so is knowing when patience has been quite patient enough.
- Build systems that someone else can eventually understand - every repeatable process deserves a sensible SOP, and every important decision needs a home. The goal isn't a complicated workspace; it's a reliable operation that can eventually be handed to a new owner.
- Support the opportunities that help the business grow - speaking engagements, podcast appearances, corporate outreach, prospecting campaigns, program launches, and client materials all require research, preparation, coordination, tracking, and follow-through.
- Be fluent in the tools where this business lives - strong working ability in Notion, GoHighLevel, and Google Workspace is essential. You'll also encounter Fathom, AI tools including Claude, and other applications. If you don't know something, you know how to figure it out, verify your work, and avoid making technology somebody else's problem.
- Understand that some practical personal support will overlap with the partnership - household services, scheduling, pets, and assorted life logistics are part of the broader picture, with the specific scope to be agreed upon together.

It's super important that these things accurately describe you:

- You have a real system for tracking things, not just a claim that you're "very organized." You notice open loops, ask questions when something doesn't make sense, and follow up warmly and persistently rather than quietly hoping a problem resolves itself.
- You recognize that something that worked perfectly yesterday might need to be adjusted today because humans are complicated, and effective systems need to accommodate the people using them.
- You're comfortable taking responsibility for your work while allowing someone else to make the final decision. You can offer strong advice, explain the consequences, document the choice, and then get on with making it happen.
- You can hear ten minutes of conversation and identify what the other person actually needs to know, what needs to be done, and how to communicate it without making someone excavate the important information from paragraph seven.
- You genuinely enjoy working with people and understand that there's a difference between professional communication and effective communication. You notice moods, wins, insecurity, and excitement, and recognize when someone needs a nudge versus a little space to think.
- When you need to raise an uncomfortable issue, you can do so without being cruel, apologetic, or theatrical.
- Your word means something. If you say Thursday, you mean Thursday,

and if Thursday becomes impossible, the other person knows before Thursday arrives.
- You can laugh, because this leader genuinely loves her work. There will be fast days, strange days, deeply satisfying days, and occasions when everyone looks at what just happened, says something wholly unprintable, and gets back to the doing.

The Essentials

This is a full-time, remote position with a monthly salary range of $1,200–$1,500 USD.

We know this compensation isn't sustainable everywhere, especially in the United States. If it won't realistically support you where you live, please don't try to convince yourself otherwise. We're looking for a long-term partnership, and nobody wins when decisions are made in desperation. This leader will see through that faster than you can smile and say hello.

Full-time doesn't mean you belong to the business 24 hours a day. Invisible overtime, constant availability, and sacrificing your health to demonstrate loyalty aren't part of the plan, and for all our sakes, I don't want you to become a one-week wonder.

You'll have agreed working hours with meaningful overlap during this leader's workday, which typically begins around 9:30 or 10:00 AM Pacific Time and includes a standing Thursday afternoon commitment. Depending on where you live, that may mean early mornings, late evenings, or overnight hours. We aren't going to pretend that everyone can effortlessly rearrange their sleep schedule: some people genuinely love working unusual hours, and others don't.

Know yourself well enough to tell the difference, and choose a schedule that suits your health, relationships, and responsibilities, because we're hoping to find someone who wants to see this mission through over the next three to five years.

You'll need excellent written and spoken English, reliable internet with a realistic backup plan, a capable computer, camera, microphone, and a professional environment for frequent video meetings. You'll also handle sensitive client information, proprietary teaching materials, financial records, and private communications, so confidentiality and sound security habits are essential.

I'm far less interested in an impressive job title than I am in what you've actually done. We need someone with substantial experience in operations and supporting other people, and if your professional background is unconventional, I would genuinely love to hear about it. I absolutely love receiving inquiries from minorities (including LGBTQ+), veterans, and vocal advocates.

Finally, my role in this placement doesn't end when you accept the offer. I'll remain available to both of you during the 45-day placement support period, helping establish clear communication, expectations, and a productive working relationship because finding the right person is only the beginning.

If you've made it this far and you're thinking, "WOW, somebody finally wrote a job listing for me,", then I cannot wait to hear from you.

Lead Vibrantly,

Eryn Anitavi
