Job CategorySales - Marketing - Account MgmtJob SummaryJob SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an Inside Sales Representative located in Guadalajara, North Campus.Reporting to the Inside Sales Director, the Inside Sales Representative role involves being in-charge of leading strategies to grow the Coreworks and Component Services businesses to drive solutions for our internal & external customers resulting in increased revenue and margin for the company.Collaborate closely with Inside Sales team members, Business Development Directors, Program management, Site teams, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.Support the Inside Sales team and the Business Development leader on the implementation and expansion of customers at the site level.Work with Axiom site teams to manage inventory levels & claims.Share insights and best practices with team members to enhance overall sales effectiveness.Track the customer's sales activities through sales order fulfillment.



Able to generate its own sales pipeline and close sales on weekly basis.Bachelor's degree in in business, marketing, engineering or related field or equivalent experience.Proven experience in sales or customer services, preferably in Component Distribution or EMS Materials, Project Management, Supply Chain, or similarStrong communication skills, both verbal and written in native language and EnglishExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and operationsSelf-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-drive environmentKnowledge of component products and distribution channels is a plusAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.Life & Medical insurance.To be considered for a position at Flex, you must complete the application process first). #
