- You stay current with MAMA Shelter Cocktail Program offerings through tastings and participate in trainings.
- You are genuine in your interactions with guests.
- Prepare garnishes, stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies.
- Ensure guests complaints are promptly addressed by management.
- Maintain workspaces are kept impeccably clean and tidy at all times.
- Have a clear knowledge on all inventory products.
- Follows proper cash and payment procedures.
- Maintain safe work habits and work environments
- You abide by all Alcohol Beverage Control safety standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
