Job Description: **Job Overview** Monitors presente performance against goals and oversees the procurement, inventory control, planning, and quality control of production materials. **Job Requirements** **RESPONSIBILITIES** + Performs analysis of customer demand, sales forecasts and historical material usage to develop and execute build-to-order and build-to-forecast plans. + Coordinate with cross-functional business teams to develop the best economic strategy for production planning to support customer demand. + Coordinate and work with quality, engineering, and operations to ensure 100% on-time delivery by establishing and monitoring schedules to proactively identify and address issues. + Develop, implement and manage a fully integrated planning process that incorporates make-versus-buy decisions, capacity planning, scheduling, inventory, materials and associated cost elements. + Determines the strategy to comply with STS demand requirements. + Lead demand planning and forecasting activities to ensure alignment between customer requirements, inventory levels, and production capabilities. + Monitor actual performance against planning goals and implement corrective actions when needed to meet business objectives. + Manage inventory levels, storage of purchased materials, and finished goods to support operational requirements while minimizing inventory costs. + Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean, Kanban, and Supply Chain optimization tools to improve planning efficiency and material flow.



+ Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to optimize end-to-end supply chain performance and ensure material availability. + Analyze root causes of supply chain and planning issues, providing recommendations and implementing sustainable corrective actions. + Support and mentor team members while promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. **What your background should look like** **REQUIREMENTS** + Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. + 5+ years of experience in Production Planning, Materials Planning, Supply Chain, or related roles. + Advanced English. + APICS certification is a plus. + Strong SAP / MRP knowledge. + Project Management experience. + Knowledge of Supply Chain Planning tools. + Inventory Management experience. + Experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP). + Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and continuous improvement projects. + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and forecasting skills. + Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Kanban methodologies is highly preferred. + Molding experience (plus). + Experience managing supplier relationships and vendor performance is a plus. **Job Locations:** AVE.
