Requirements
Conversational to advanced English Elementary school diploma or higher Customer service experience preferred Call center experience is a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills Availability to work assigned schedules
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound customer calls Provide information and support regarding customer accounts Resolve customer inquiries and concerns professionally Update customer information in company systems Deliver an outstanding customer experience
