- Minimum of two years of experience in IT support, Service Desk, Help Desk, field support, or similar technical roles.
- Working knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, end-user devices, peripherals, and basic network connectivity.
- Provide first-level onsite and remote support to end users for hardware, software, Windows operating systems, printers, mobile devices, peripherals, and connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and reimage end-user workstations and devices; coordinate warranty or repair services with suppliers when required.
- Install and maintain operating systems and business applications on workstations.
- Manage authorized user account unlocks and access permissions through Active Directory.
- Diagnose basic LAN, cabling, and Wi-Fi issues and escalate unresolved incidents to the appropriate support team.
- Document, update,



and follow up on incidents and service requests through the Service Desk tool, including diagnosis and resolution steps.
- Support software updates, security patches, and initial troubleshooting following unsuccessful updates.
- Communicate technical solutions clearly to non-technical users and provide basic guidance when required.
- Control backup results and media changes, and review monitoring results for information and communications equipment.
- Maintain the inventory of equipment in use and provide information about company technology assets.
- Build strong working relationships with peers, internal areas, and suppliers to support company objectives.
