The role

As a Travel Sales Specialist, you'll work with successful professionals and creatives across the U.S., mainly on business- and first-class air travel. You'll help them get more value from every trip by securing great savings, planning and booking with expertise, and giving them fast support while they travel. Over time, you'll become their go-to travel expert and trusted advisor.

What you'll do
Qualify incoming leads, understand each client's travel needs, and match them with the right solution
Guide clients through their options and close the deal
Build long-term relationships and deliver a first-class experience that earns loyalty and referrals
Hit and exceed your sales targets as part of a team of 4–6 specialists with a dedicated Team Lead

What you bring
Fluent English (C1 or higher); you're comfortable speaking with U.S. clients every day
Experience in sales, customer service, or another client-facing role
Strong communication and negotiation skills
A goal-oriented mindset and the drive to grow professionally and financially
Problem-solving skills and the ability to learn quickly
Composure under pressure and a positive attitude when things get challenging

Base pay + uncapped commission + quarterly performance bonus, paid in USD
Clear growth path, with a route to Team Lead in 12–18 months
2-week structured onboarding and real-time coaching on the floor

The setup
Monday to Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (Mexico City time), aligned with U.S. business hours
On-site at our office in downtown Mexico City
Independent Contractor agreement, with health insurance after probation
