We're currently partnering with a integral technology company seeking an experienced lawyer to support its commercial contracting activities across the LATAM region .

This is a fantastic opportunity for a lawyer who enjoys working in a fast-paced, international environment, partnering closely with business, legal, finance, and compliance teams to drive complex agreements to completion.

Duration: 6-12 months, with potential for extension

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements across LATAM.

Support the launch and negotiation of public sector and commercial contracts.

Partner with legal, finance, compliance, and business teams throughout the contracting process.

Advise stakeholders on contracting procedures, legal requirements, and contract risks.

Build strong relationships with internal clients and support contract negotiations through execution.

Identify issues proactively and provide practical,



business-oriented solutions.

What We're Looking For:

Qualified lawyer admitted to practice in Mexico.

3+ years of post-qualification experience.

Strong commercial contracting and negotiation experience.

Experience working in-house or in private practice supporting commercial transactions.

Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Strong business judgment and problem-solving abilities.

Experience with public sector contracting in LATAM is a plus.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing legal risk with commercial objectives and wants exposure to a global technology business operating across multiple jurisdictions.
