Your profile –
Academic bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related
Professional experience: Intership on finance, audit or project areas
Technical skills Must: Microsoft 365, Desireble: SAP Finance Module, Alteryx basic use, Power BI
Languages Advanced english C1 level
Skills/Competences Effective communication, contract interpretation, client and internal stakeholder management, self-management of activities, and leadership.
Your Responsabilities
Support the Commercial Project Manager with activities such as: Creating projects in SAP; Entering sales orders; Project invoicing
Support the Offers team with activities such as: Invoicing affiliated companiesReviewing contract terms and conditions; Following up with sales representatives on proposal status; Creating purchase requisitions for suppliers




Follow up on and propose process improvement projects that help reduce execution times and increase the transparency of business information through automation and digitalization initiatives.
Participate in an improvement project focused on documenting the company’s established procedures and developing an operations manual tailored to the business model.
