Job Description

Application Consultants understand the client business process, current and future, and map it to the technologies being used, giving a demarcation of what can be achieved through a standard implementation and what would need customizations or extensions to be done to the application. They may functionally customize the application, partner with application developers to design application enhancements and extensions, and work with business users to implement process changes.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP QM Consultant to join our SAP practice and support the design, implementation, enhancement, and support of SAP Quality Management solutions. The adecuado candidate will possess strong functional expertise in SAP QM, a solid understanding of manufacturing and quality business processes, and experience working in global SAP environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements related to Quality Management processes.
- Design, configure, and implement SAP QM solutions in ECC and/or S/4HANA environments.
- Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to define and optimize quality management processes.
- Configure and support key QM functionalities, including:
- Quality Planning
- Quality Inspection
- Quality Notifications
- Audit Management




- Certificate Processing
- Vendor Quality Management
- Integrate SAP QM with other SAP modules such as PP, MM, SD, PM, and EWM.
- Support end-to-end SAP implementation projects, rollout initiatives, and system enhancements.
- Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on custom developments.
- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and recommend solutions.
- Deliver end-user training and create system documentation.
- Participate in data migration, cutover, and go-live activities.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of SAP QM experience.
- Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA.
- Strong configuration experience in SAP QM.
- Experience with at least one full-cycle SAP implementation.
- Knowledge of manufacturing and quality management processes.
- Experience integrating SAP QM with PP, MM, SD, and other SAP modules.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Advanced English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- SAP QM Certification.




- Experience in regulated industries such as Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Consumer Products, Manufacturing, or Automotive.
- Experience with S/4HANA transformations or migrations.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications related to Quality Management.
- Familiarity with Agile and hybrid project methodologies.
