We are looking for an experienced Oracle Retail Project Manager to lead a complex retail technology engagement in Mexico.
The selected professional will oversee end-to-end delivery planning, governance, budget, schedule, resources, risks, dependencies, stakeholder communication, cutover readiness, and transition to support.
Key responsibilities Own project scope, delivery planning, schedule, budget, quality, resources, and governance.
Manage risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, change requests, and escalations.
Coordinate functional, technical, integration, data, testing, infrastructure, and business teams.
Drive executive and steering-committee reporting.
Manage customer communication and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
Oversee cutover readiness and transition to application support.
Required qualifications 12–18 years of relevant experience.




Proven project-management experience in Oracle Retail or Oracle Fusion engagements.
Experience managing implementations, upgrades, cloud migrations, or application-support programs.
High-level understanding of the Oracle Retail landscape, integrations, data migration, testing, and cutover.
Experience in project planning, governance, budgeting, resource coordination, RAID management, and executive reporting.
Strong customer, vendor, and cross-functional stakeholder-management skills.
Nice to have Experience with Oracle Retail SaaS Cloud and retail-transformation programs.
PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or an equivalent project-management certification.
Knowledge of Agile, hybrid, and managed-services delivery models.
Experience managing geographically distributed and multilingual teams
