Now Hiring | Engineer II, Systems Reliability Engineering (o9 Supply Planning)
We're looking for a technology professional with a passion for solving business-critical challenges in supply chain planning environments.
As part of our general support organization, you'll help ensure the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of our o9 Supply Planning ecosystem and related enterprise applications.
In this role, you will: Lead production support activities for o9 supply planning processes
Troubleshoot planning exceptions, integrations, reporting, and data-related issues
Drive incident management and root cause analysis efforts
Partner with Supply Chain, Product, Engineering, and Platform teams globally
Identify and implement AI-driven automation opportunities, including automated triage, workflow automation, and anomaly detection
Qualifications:



8+ years supporting enterprise applications, supply chain systems, or production operations
3+ years of hands-on experience with o9
Strong understanding of Supply Planning, Master Data, and end-to-end planning processes
Experience with SQL, Python, reporting tools, integrations, and ITSM processes
Passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence
