Do you know how to turn a cold prospect into a real business conversation?

We’re looking for a high-energy B2B Appointment Setter / SDR to help us grow an AI-powered training and enablement platform.

This isn't a role where you'll simply sit behind a CRM and send emails all day. You'll be connecting with business leaders through LinkedIn, Facebook, and phone outreach, creating conversations, identifying opportunities, and getting qualified prospects onto the calendar.

-What You'll Do

- Conduct B2B outreach through LinkedIn, Facebook, and phone
- Identify and engage potential customers
- Start meaningful conversations with business decision-makers
- Qualify prospects based on their needs and fit
- Schedule qualified product demos
- Follow up consistently with prospects
- Maintain accurate activity and prospect information
- Meet daily and weekly outreach goals
- Work closely with the sales team to create qualified opportunities
- Continuously test and improve your outreach approach

- Compensation

$12–$14 USD/hour based on experience

+ Bonus for every qualified demo held

- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, Facebook, CRM systems, and outreach tools
- Able to work independently in a remote environment
- Previous B2B sales, SDR, appointment-setting, or lead-generation experience is a strong plus
