Responsabilities:
Determine equipment quantlty and capability requirements to meet demand.
Obtain and evaluate supplier quotations for manufacturing equipment Develop capital Cost estimates, budgets, and investment justifications,
Analyze customer demand forecasts and production requirements.
Develop manufacturing capacity models for equipment, labor, and facilities.
Calculate required machine quantities, utilization rates. cycre times, and throughput.
Evaluate production scenanos to suppcrt business growth and strategic planning.
Prepare AR Capital package proposal and present to management_ Issue PO to acquire equipment reguired to cover forecast production volume.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering. Mechanical Engineering, or related
Experienced in automated equipment, out of the shelf or custom Integrated solutions.
5 years experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering in Harness industry or related.
Highly skilled in productivity, OEE, cycle time, tack time and efficiency concepts.
Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency.
Written and Spoken english communication With suppliers and stakeholders.
