Responsibilities
Maintain reliable, highly available, resilient, secure, and scalable technology services.
Prevent and resolve incidents, identify root causes, and implement permanent improvements.
Automate build, testing, and deployment processes to reduce manual errors and environmental differences.
Prepare infrastructure for growth by considering capacity, workload, performance, security, and resilience.
Reduce technical debt and repetitive operational work through continuous improvement and automation.
Own services end to end from development through production support.
Lead post-incident reviews, continuity exercises, and disaster-recovery activities.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to teams adopting reusable solutions.
Requirements
Experience as a Site Reliability Engineer and in DevOps.
Experience with programming, production support, cloud technologies, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub, Splunk, Datadog, AppDynamics, infrastructure, and troubleshooting.
An operational mindset with ownership of production services and a focus on resilience.
Strong collaboration, technical leadership, communication, and cross-team coordination skills.
