Responsibilities
Partner with leaders to align people strategies with business priorities and growth objectives
Lead employee relations, disciplinary investigations, and separation matters with legal compliance
Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, and performance management to build leadership pipelines
Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, and lead change management initiatives
Shape culture and engagement through values-led initiatives that enable business performance
Requirements
University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or Psychology
Minimum 5 years of Human Resources experience, including business partnering roles
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement people initiatives aligned with business goals
Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with data-driven mindset
Ability to influence without authority, build credibility, and navigate competing priorities
