The Trade Compliance Specialist is a high-value role responsible for safeguarding the legal and fiscal security of the company's customs operations.
The focus is on mitigating high-impact risks, maintaining strict compliance with manufacturing promotion programs, and supervising the legal performance of commercial partners (Customs Broker).
Acts as an internal regulatory advisor and, on specific occasions, as an escalation point to resolve complex operational crises or discrepancies with customs authorities or the broker.
