Job Description Tax Compliance Collaborate in the preparation and timely submission of all tax filing obligations while adhering to regulatory requirements Assist in addressing tax authority queries in a timely and efficient manner Prepare and file all required Mexican tax returns, including VAT, income tax, and other local taxes Maintain accurate working papers and documentation in accordance with department policy and tax authority requirements Manage the SAT portal, submit DIOT applications, obtain tax certificates, and draft or interpret tax opinions Reporting and Analysis Perform reconciliations of tax accounts, addressing discrepancies and providing accurate reports to stakeholders Assist with tax pack preparation and submission Prepare and ensure Internal Controls (RACM) are applied with evidential support stored as required Compliance
