What you will do This position is part of the team supporting the Freight Audit and Payment (FAP) activity for all JCI Business Units.
The position will monitor and ensure the Third-Party Freight Audit and Payment (FAP) company is filing and following up on freight claims according to JCI standards.
Responsibility includes knowing the Business Rules (in relation to claims), and details related to the processing of the claims.
