Description and Requirements About the Role: As a Sr.
Purchasing Planning Specialist , you will be the operational backbone that connects supplier execution to end-to-end supply chain continuity.
In this strategic yet hands-on role, you will take full ownership of purchase order management, supplier commitments, and material availability to keep manufacturing and fulfillment running smoothly.
Responsabilities Support supplier communication and order management Process purchase requests, managing vendor information, and supporting the procurement process from start to finish.
Assist in data analysis and reporting using Excel.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, planning, and operations Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain Contribute to cost-saving and efficiency projects PO management, PO cover L/T forecast, and purchase order problems across the material team Daily shortage and supplier commitment management Interlock with end-to-end supply chain team for escalation order, expedite or reschedule urgent shipment for critical material co-working with supplier Shipment tracking along with logistics and import
