Perfil buscado
A successful TA Leader LATAM should have:
Experience leading talent acquisition processes across multiple countries or markets.
Speak fluent Spanish, English and Portuguese.
Have 10+ years of experience in TA.
Ability to plan and deliver recruitment strategies aligned with business hiring needs.
Experience managing full recruitment cycles for a range of positions.
Knowledge of sourcing methods and candidate assessment practices.
Ability to use recruitment data to monitor activity and guide priorities.
Experience working closely with Human Resources and business stakeholders.
