As a Cost Accountant, you'll join a world leader in platinum group metals with over 200 years of history and innovation.
You'll help tackle the world's biggest challenges - cutting emissions, powering modern society and enhancing lives - as we continue to apply, refine and recycle metals that matter, for a healthier and more resilient future.
The role: As a Cost Accountant, you will help drive our goals by: · Determine and update material unit costs in SAP · Maintain SAP cost, inventory, metal and fixed asset accounts · Monthly inventory valuation and variance analysis · Review sales quotation costs · Control provisions for slow-moving inventory, freight and absorptions · Reconcile cost of sales versus accounting · Perform plant cost analysis Key skills that will help you succeed in this role: · 3 years in manufacturing and automotive industry; general accounting, inventory, costs and fixed assets · Bachelor in Public Accounting · Experience with Share point and advanced Microsoft and SAP.
