Design, develop, and optimize patterns and templates for textile product manufacturing, ensuring technical accuracy, standardization, and manufacturability.
Ensure seamless design-to-production transfer by validating specifications, conducting fit testing, and collaborating closely with Design, Sampling, Engineering, and Production teams, contributing to quality standards, operational efficiency, and on-time launches for NPI project- Analyze and interpret technical drawings and specifications provided by the client for the development of patterns and cutting processes- Evaluate customer requirements to ensure proper implementation within production processes- Utilize internal software for the programming and operation of automated cutting machines- Optimize fabric utilization through proper pattern layout and configuration for cutting processes- Create and manage part numbers in SAP according to the client's technical specifications- Provide support in the preparation and management of templates for cutting orders- Provide technical support in the operation and adjustment of automated cutting machines- Collaborate with Engineering, Production,
