Working closely with BMS SW and HW leads, Pack Integration, Module DREs, software engineers, chief engineers, and build coordinators, you will ensure high-voltage batteries clear End of Line (EOL) testing at the CTC Pilot Plant . You will lead system-level battery issue triage, driving root-cause resolution to maximize overall build efficiency .
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Battery EOL testing for high-voltage batteries assembled at the CTC Pilot Plant, managing issue troubleshooting, tracking, and documentation .
- Analyze EOL data using Vector CAN tools, INCA, or plant tester diagnostics, combining software analysis with physical inspection and electrical measurements for root-cause problem solving .
- Manage module voltage variation correction via charging, charting, and inventory tracking to optimize pack assembly .
- Execute BPCM/CSC flashing and communication protocols to ensure proper pairing and pack optimization .
- Support change control processes and establish clean points, performing part relabeling or off-line re-flashing as needed .
- Document system requirements, best practices, and lessons learned in collaboration with BMS engineering and Pack Integration .
