Job Description
Quiñónez Agency is seeking a detail-oriented insurance quoting specialist to support our sales team. This person will help prepare accurate, timely quotes so producers can spend more time advising clients, following up, and closing business. The adecuado candidate is organized, comfortable working with multiple systems, and able to manage competing priorities without sacrificing accuracy. Insurance licensing may be required for certain activities. The employee must not perform licensed insurance activities unless properly authorized. • Gather and organize information needed for insurance quotes.
• Prepare quote submissions for personal lines and commercial lines.
• Assist with auto, home, business owners policies, workers’ compensation, commercial auto, and other eligible products as training and carrier access permit.
• Follow up on missing information and underwriting requirements.
• Track quote status, deadlines, and outstanding items.
• Prepare clear summaries for producers to review with clients.
• Maintain accurate CRM and quoting-system records.
• Identify stalled quotes and alert the sales team about follow-up opportunities.
• Follow carrier guidelines, agency procedures, and data-security requirements. Requirements
• Strong written and spoken English; Spanish is a plus.




• Excellent attention to detail and data-entry accuracy.
• Strong organization, time management, and follow-through.
• Comfortable learning multiple online systems and quoting platforms.
• Experience in insurance quoting, underwriting support, or insurance operations preferred.
• Reliable internet and a private, secure remote workspace.
