Finance Manager | Pharmaceutical Industry

Reports to: Mexico Finance Country Lead

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our team in Mexico.

The role will act as a trusted financial advisor and strategic business partner to the Country Manager, Mexico Finance Country Lead, and Regional Finance VP.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Budget, Forecasting, Financial Planning, and Variance Analysis .
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
- Work directly with Corporate Finance teams across Emerging Markets .
- Lead and develop a team.
- Partner with Commercial, HR, Supply Chain, and other functions to drive business performance.

Profile

- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field .
- Strong experience in Tax .
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry .
- Strong analytical and business-partnering skills.
- Proven experience leading teams.
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution .
- Advanced English required.
