• Build and manage partnerships with local KOLs and strategic partners in the Latam market
• Represent MEXC and maintain long-term relationships with KOLs and marketing channels
• Execute, track, and optimize KOL marketing campaigns, ensuring strong ROI
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities and turn insights into action Requirements
• 1+ year of experience in BD, partnerships, or growth roles
• Solid understanding of the Latam crypto/fintech ecosystem
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently
• Passion for blockchain, Web3, and digital assets
• Fluent in Spanish/Portuguese & English
