YOUR MISSION As our Sales Manager – Utility, you will play a key role in expanding our presence in the Mexican utility-scale solar market, developing strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sustainable sales growth. ?

WHAT YOU'LL DO
✅ Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and expand market presence. ✅ Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, developers, EPCs, and strategic partners. ✅ Identify new business opportunities and strengthen our position in the utility-scale solar segment. ✅ Manage key accounts, lead commercial negotiations, and ensure customer satisfaction. ✅ Collaborate with internal teams, including Technical, Logistics, Marketing, and Business Development, to deliver outstanding customer solutions. ✅ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities. ✅ Prepare sales forecasts, track performance, and drive strategic account planning. ? WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR ✔️ Proven sales experience in the photovoltaic (PV) or renewable energy industry, preferably within the utility-scale segment. ✔️ Strong knowledge of the Mexican solar energy market and its key players. ✔️ Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and developing strategic accounts. ✔️ Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. ✔️ Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. ✔️ Willingness to travel frequently to meet customers and develop business opportunities. ✔️ Professional proficiency in English. ?
