We're looking for an Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Specialist (AR/AP) to join our team in Querétaro, Mexico. In this role, you'll support our financial operations in Mexico and Latin America, ensuring accurate payment processes, effective collections, and smooth collaboration with our general teams. What will you do?
• Manage accounts receivable, collections, and payment follow-ups across LATAM.
• Process supplier payments, invoices, reimbursements, and corporate expenses.
• Ensure compliance with Mexican tax regulations and internal financial policies.
• Support account reconciliations, financial reporting, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Finance teams in Mexico, India, and other international locations. What are we looking for?
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, or financial operations.
• Knowledge of Mexican tax regulations, invoicing (CFDI), and accounting processes.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Advanced English proficiency is mandatory (written and spoken).
